Red Seal

Drywall Finishers and Plasterers apply and maintain plaster on interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and partitions. They tape and finish drywall surfaces for a smooth, polished look. They also texture concrete and apply plaster coats to foundation materials. Additionally, they install, repair, and restore mouldings and ornaments.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and restore mouldings and decorative ornaments
  • Texture concrete and apply plaster coats to foundation materials
  • Ensure surfaces meet aesthetic standards while also providing soundproofing and fire-resistant qualities
  • Repair and restore damaged plaster and drywall surfaces as needed
